The room standard rates are from USD $169 (room double occ.) to USD $249 (a suite) per night + State of MA room tax.

Make your reservation over our website and get Our Special Reduced Rates from USD 129 + State of MA room tax.

A $60. DEPOSIT (PER ROOM PER NIGHT) IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING A ROOM.  YOU MUST CANCEL 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. FULL ROOM CHARGES WILL APPLY IF YOU LEAVE EARLIER THAN ORIGINALLY BOOKED. EX: BOOKED FOR 3 NIGHTS AND LEFT AFTER STAYING ONLY TWO NIGHTS, YOU WILL PAY FOR THE 3 ORIGINALLY BOOKED. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY IN FULL FOR ALL ROOMS BOOKED BY YOU. BALANCE DUE ON ARRIVAL FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY.

Cancelation: at least 72 hours prior arrival in order to receive your deposit back. A full room charges will apply if you leave earlier than originally booked, or if you don't cancel and don't show up.

The Rooms Description and Amenities:

16 rooms ( 2 are suites).

All rooms have private bathroom, AC,  Hair Dryer, TV /Cable (except 12 & 14),  wireless internet, and AM/FM alarm clock radio.

Many of the room have bed frames of hand hewn pine... canopy beds handcrafted by George himself.

Rooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 are with the Main Street view. All other rooms are in the back of the facility overlooking the surrounding views.

OUR POOL IS CLOSED FOR SUMMER 2011- OPEN NEXT YEAR.

Swimming Pool: Is in the back of the facility with a full view of the Gibbet Hill. Open from June 15 to September 5. in 2012.  Complementary to all guest. Please be considerate and obey posted pool regulations.

Smoking: No smoking within facility. There would be an additional, $25 cleaning charge if you were smoking in your room.
